LIFETIME MANUFACTURING WARRANTY



We take great pride in knowing that our jewelry is of the highest standard and quality and we stand behind every item we sell. Gage Diamonds offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all products .we carry



If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at engage@gagediamonds.com and provide your name and order number. You will be provided a repair form along with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.



Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it at no additional cost. If the item was damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If we determine that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you with an estimated repair cost (which will be the cost we incur in order to repair your item).



CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS



Please note that any repair, sizing, maintenance or other services performed by a jeweler other than Gage Diamonds will void the warranty.



Please note that slight variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics of gemstones, including any internal inclusions (visible or otherwise), should be considered unique characteristics of the item and should not be considered manufacturing defects.



Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear and damage caused by external forces. Rings in particular can show wear and tear or damage since hands are often subject to frequent external forces. Due to their petite nature, prongs can be bent or damaged through normal wear which may cause stones to fallout. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear and tear, product loss, loss of stones or theft.



In addition, we do not provide warranties for the following:



• Discoloration caused by exposure to make-up, chemicals, swimming pools, bathing or hot tubs;
• Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
• Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.



If your fine jewelry has experienced any damage due to normal wear that is not covered under our warranty, contact us if you would like your item(s) repaired. Please provide your name and order number upon emailing engage@gagediamonds.com. We will notify you with an estimated repair cost (which will be the cost we incur to repair your item plus any shipping expenses).
