FINANCING WITH LENDFIRM
What do I need to apply for a loan?
The loan process requires minimal information to verify your identity and establish a credit amount. You will need to provide either an unexpired US driver’s license, passport, or state ID; your most recent bank statement; a valid checking account, and your most recent pay stub or proof of income. LendFirm may also require further documentation to verify your information. At this time, LendFirm does not accept prepaid or online-only banks.
How long is the application process?
The loan application process is quick and easy. LendFirm requires applicants to answer a few questions and complete a secure online verification process. Applicants will be notified by email of LendFirm’s approval decision within 24 hours.
What are the terms for financing?
LendFirm offers 6, 12, 18 or 24-month term loans with interest rates starting at 4.95%. Payments are made in equal installments and there are no application fees or prepayment fees. What you see at checkout is always what you’ll pay!
Will I get approved for financing?
LendFirm offers 100% financing with a few basic conditions, including the ability to verify your identity and income. Requirements include proof of income, an unexpired US driver’s license, passport, or state ID, your social security number and a checking or savings account with direct deposit.
My credit isn’t perfect. Can I still apply?
Yes. Whether you have poor credit from bankruptcy, no credit history or bad credit, LendFirm will evaluate consumers on several different criteria to make an approval decision.
Does LendFirm perform a credit check?
There is no hard pull on your credit when applying for a LendFirm Credit Builder Account.
Does LendFirm report to the credit bureau?
LendFirm does report payments to a credit bureau.
Does LendFirm charge any fees or interest?
LendFirm currently offers interest rates starting at 4.95% APR, over a 6, 12, 18 or 24-month term, payable in equal installments. LendFirm does not charge early payment penalties, however, they do charge a $25 late fee for returned payments.
Do I have to put down a down payment?
For most borrowers, LendFirm does not require a down payment at all. For some borrowers, LendFirm may require a down payment of up to 50%.
How will I know when I have been approved?
Online applicants will receive an email notifying them of LendFirm’s decision within 24 hours.
Can I apply for another loan before I have paid off my current loan?
Yes, LendFirm accepts applications from current borrowers, however, your current balance and payment history with LendFirm will have an impact on the approval decision and the amount of credit that will be granted. If you are interested in a new loan, please call LendFirm at 888-763-3898.
USING YOUR LENDFIRM LOAN
Can I finance my entire purchase?
Yes. LendFirm offers 100% financing up to $20,000, depending on your individual loan terms.
How do I use my loan with LendFirm?
Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you have a down payment, or your purchase amount exceeds your loan amount, you will be required to provide your credit or debit card information to cover the remaining amount before completing your purchase.
Do loans expire?
Loans expire 30 days from the date of approval. If your loan expires and you wish to finance your purchase, you will need to re-apply with LendFirm.
PAYMENTS
When are my payments due?
Your payment schedule will mirror your pay dates from your employer or pension provider. Your schedule can be found in your loan documents.
How do I make my scheduled payments?
All payments are withdrawn directly from the checking or savings account you provided when applying for your loan. Payments are withdrawn on the same schedule as your regular payment schedule from your employer or pension provider. If you need to update your bank account information for any reason, please call LendFirm at 888-763-3898.
Will LendFirm charge me before I receive my order?
LendFirm charges your account on the first pay date following your purchase from Gage Diamonds to make sure there are funds available in your account.
Can I make my payments early?
Yes. You will not incur any pre-payment penalties or other charges should you choose to pay your loan off early.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Can I return items that I have purchased using LendFirm?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for non-custom items. If the item is custom, LendFirm will assess a 35% restocking fee, even if returned within 30 days. LendFirm will refund any payments made, less any return fees. If the return fees exceed the total amount of payments made, then payments will not be refunded and you will still be required to maintain the payment schedule until the remaining balance is paid in full.
Can I exchange items that I have purchased using LendFirm?
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the customization factor of the item(s) purchased. Please contact Gage Diamonds at engage@gagediamonds.com to inquire if your item(s) qualify for an exchange. Allow at least 2 business days for a response.
What happens to my payments if the merchant gives me a partial refund?
Any refunds will be applied to your account and adjustments will be made. You are still required to maintain the payment schedule until the remaining balance is paid in full.

Where can I review my LendFirm account information?
You can view your balance, payment schedule, loan documents and more through LendFirm’s customer portal.
How do I close my account?
Once your loan balance is paid off, your LendFirm account will close automatically.
